James Petrovich serves as professor and founding director of Carroll College’s new Master of Social Work (MSW) program. He earned his own MSW from New York University (NYU) and a Ph.D. in social work from the University of Texas at Arlington. James has extensive practice and research expertise in mental health care, substance use disorder services, and services for people experiencing homelessness. James is honored to serve on the YBGR board and looks forward to furthering the organization’s mission. James and his spouse, Rebecca, reside in Helena with their two dogs, Bug and Theo.
