Community Mental Health Services
Through community offices and partnerships with school districts across Montana, Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch (YBGR) delivers mental health care directly into homes, schools, and local communities—strengthening stability and helping youth build skills for life.
Beyond our community-based support, our continuum includes Therapeutic Group Homes and Residential Care at the Ranch, offering timely, seamless care for youth who need more structured support or are transitioning from it.
Below are the mental health services available through our community-based care.
School-Based Services
Our School-Based Services provide year-round mental health support, primarily in schools, with additional services at home and in the community. A family support specialist, guided by a therapist, delivers behavioral interventions alongside counseling, helping students stay in school and thrive.
