I believe he has the greatest character I have ever known in a workplace, and I have never had a bad experience with him. He always checks in with people he supervises — every day if he can. He approaches workplace issues with grace and always speaks his mind… I cannot speak more highly of Damon (Bill) Parisher. He embodies what a boss should be… In the field of mental health, where my site is specifically, I have seen a lot of supervisors and bosses. They all work so hard to make sure that the kids get the treatment that they need… He is what we all hope for when we start at a new position.”
