Lance Moyer is the Director of Human Resources for Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch (YBGR). With HR leadership experience dating back to 1991, he brings a diverse background in human services, residential treatment, manufacturing, and business operations.
Prior to joining YBGR, Lance spent more than 17 years with Normative Services, where he advanced from youth counselor to Business Director, and later served as Director of Human Resources for an aerospace manufacturing company.
Lance’s experience spans human resources, finance, information technology, safety, and organizational leadership. His early experience working directly with youth continues to shape his leadership philosophy and commitment to supporting the employees who make a difference in the lives of children and families every day. Outside of work, he enjoys Montana’s outdoor recreation opportunities and the quality of life the state offers.
