Kaleb Perdew

Kaleb Perdew is a Shepherd with a teaching heart who loves to encourage people to live into the Lives of Shalom that flourishing God has for them. With ten years of Christian ministry experience, Kaleb has devoted his life to making God’s word known and understood, discipling others, and leading people to bring Kingdom light to the brokenness around them. This passion has led him to work with initiatives that focus on empowering, equipping, and mobilizing leaders.

Kaleb has recently assumed the position of Executive Director of Community Leadership & Development, Inc. (CLDI) in Billings, MT. He is also actively serving as an Elder of a church that focuses on providing a healing space for those most wounded by the brokenness of the world and fellow believers. Prior to being offered the position of ED, Kaleb served as the Youth Works Director for CLDI. This foundational program that reaches deep into our community focuses on relational ministry with youth and their families at their point of need, and gives students the opportunity to know, love, and follow Jesus. Kaleb has also held the position of Internship supervisor at CLDI, which has served as a catalyst to train and equip leaders who have gone on to do both national and international work as long-term missionaries, doctors, and leaders in their communities. Before joining CLDI, he worked for 4 years in college campus ministry, where his focus was on seeing students and faculty transformed, campuses renewed, and world changers developed.

Kaleb has his Bachelor of Science in Recreation Management and an Associate of Arts in Outdoor Education from Colorado Mountain College in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. His passion is to offer a gospel-centric response to the brokenness in the world. He has lived and worked in low-income communities and has traveled extensively both in the U.S. and internationally, facilitating short-term exposure trips to communities here and abroad in underdeveloped countries.
