Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch's Transitional Service Program strives to provide mental health service coordination, job skills, long-term mentoring, and life skills education for youth transitioning from the children's mental health system into adulthood.

Transitional Living Services are designed to assist at-risk young adults transition successfully into adulthood. Services provided include Transitional Adult Case Management which assists young adults by identifying and coordinating community resources, including medication management, public assistance, and vocational support. Additional services provided include life skills training groups and one-on-one transitional support work. Transitional Support Work offers individualized life skills education and assistance in areas such as budgeting, food preparation, social skills, problem solving and other activities of daily living.

Transitional Living Services are provided in the Billings region.
