The Judge has the final say in all classes. Green Horses ARE allowed to cross enter from walk/trot classes to walk/trot/lope classes.
Green riders ARE NOT allowed to ride in lope/canter classes. Determination of Green horse and riders will be left up to the discretion of the exhibitor.

All 2 & 3 yr olds will be considered green regardless of whether they have already been shown under saddle, although if they have been shown under saddle they will only be able to enter the walk/trot/canter classes and will not be allowed in the walk/trot classes.
