- What is the difference between Hi-Fidelity Wraparound (HFW) and Case Management?
- HFW uses 70% natural supports on the family team and is family driven. Each wraparound facilitator is required to show that they are proficient in skill sets and evaluated on a regular basis.
Wraparound also has Family Peer Supports available. They are parents that have already completed the wraparound process and help new families through the process.
- What is a natural support?
- A natural support is extended family, friends or church/community members. Natural supports can be anyone that helps the family in some way and is not acting in a professional capacity.
- What is a professional support?
- A support in which the provider is paid.
