On Thursday, April 22, 2010, the NILE (Northern International Livestock Exposition) will be hosting the 8th Annual PBR Celebrity Roping event benefiting the youth at Yellowstone Boys and Girls Ranch (YBGR). The event will be held at the Bill and Anita Jones Equestrian Center located on the YBGR campus. The Center is located at 7499 Hesper Road (just west of 72nd Street West, Billings).
This event is FREE to the public.
Celebrity PBR Roping is limited to the first 20 pre-registered ropers. Contact Shane Schuchard at 406-591-5082.
The arena will open at 4:00 PM and roping will begin at 5:30 PM.
PBR participants – to enter, your WTRC Number is required with a $100.00 fee. FIRST place team will receive handmade buckles donated by Montana Silversmiths.
Regular Roping Event registration starts at 5:30 PM
Entry fee $125.00 (Draw 5 partners) WTRC Numbers and Rules Apply. Capped at #4+ Roper, #8 Handicap Draw pot, 3 steer average, progressive after 1. Payouts for the 1st-6th places. The first place team will receive handmade buckles donated by Montana Silversmiths.
REGULAR Roping will start after the Celebrity Roping – approx. 7:30 PM. Each roping contestant will receive one free ticket to the PBR’s NILE Invitational for Friday, April 23 performance.
Meal tickets are provided to all entered ropers.
