Administrative Support
High school diploma and clerical training/experience required. Perform clerical and receptionist functions for the individual programs.
Behavior Specialist
Bachelor's degree with a focus on Human Services or equivalent years experience in working with SED children/youth and families. Provide counseling, supervision and implement treatment plans for children, youth and families involved in School and Community Treatment Programs.
Case Manager
Bachelor's degree with a focus on Human Services. Provide case management services to severely emotionally disturbed children, youth and families.
Counselor
Bachelor's degree with a focus on Human Services or equivalent years related work experience. Design and implement treatment plans for clients in one of our nine residential programs or six community based group homes.
Dining Hall
High school diploma and family style cooking experience required. Perform a wide variety of commercial kitchen, maintenance, and workcrew supervision duties.
Fiscal Services
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related degree with relevant work experience in all phases of healthcare finance and accounting procedures. Provide general accounting functions for the organization
Information Systems
Bachelor's degree in computer related field preferred. Responsible for all aspects of the organization's computing and network systems.
Maintenance/Grounds
High school diploma and previous maintenance/lawn care experience preferred. Perform maintenance and grounds work for the buildings and physical plant.
Program Director
Bachelor's degree in a Human Service field plus 4 years experience in residential or outpatient health care. Provide overall planning, organization, leadership and monitoring of the individual programs.
Recreation Specialist
Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Physical Education or a very closely related field preferred. Provide direction and general recreation supervision for residential clients.
Recreation Therapist
Bachelor's degree in Recreation Therapy or related field and certification by the National Council on Therapy Recreation Certification. Supervise all sports and therapeutic program activities. Provide therapeutic recreation treatment, planning and implementation.
RN/LPN
Bachelor's degree in Nursing, or equivalent education and experience. Must possess and maintain current licensing status required by the Montana Board of Nursing. Perform nursing duties involved with medical and psychiatric nursing.
Treatment Manager-Therapeutic Foster Care
Bachelor's degree with a focus on Human Services plus two years related experience. Provide supervision and intervention to children, youth and families referred to the therapeutic foster care program.
Therapist
Master's degree in a Mental Health Discipline is required. Licensure or certification by the appropriate Montana regulating body is required within 24 months of hiring. Provides individual, group and family therapy to clients in our residential, community home and school-based programs. Direct and coordinate treatment planning.
Unit Manager/Program Manager
Bachelor's degree in a Human Service field plus 4 years experience in residential or outpatient health care. Responsible for supervision and leadership of treatment unit/group home counselors.
